Incredible rug! I was so excited to get it! We knew production time was going to be1-2 weeks but I was hoping it would come before we had to go out of the country. It did get delivered while we were out of the country, but the wait was so worth it. Customer service kept me updated on its production progress (“it’s 70% finished”, etc) to give me a time frame when it will be shipped. The rug is so plush. I saw a similar rug on wayfair but its quality was not worth it for the price point. The quality of THIS rug is much better, it’s less expensive compared for other machine made rugs on the market for the same size, and I’m always happy to support artisans.

There was a discrepancy when my rug arrived. When I contacted the seller, they were very apologetic and offered to correct the error. They gave me the option for them to create a new rug and send images before sending out or a full refund. I appreciate the level of customer service given.

The rug is beautiful! Only thing I would point out is size includes the length of the fringe FYI- so I got 5x7’ but rug is 5 x 6’ 8” + 4” fringe. I don’t know if I missed that
