RETURN POLICY

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 15 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our office (full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. After the prescribed days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customer.

In case, our customer support team accepts the return of your product. The customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.

• The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
• All customers must contact www.whaau.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
• www.giftfrommorocco.com will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to www.giftfrommorocco.com

We will issue you a refund once we’ve received your return. Store credits do not expire.

• Products marked *final sale* cannot be returned.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  The refund will be made at our sole discretion.
