Are your products handmade?
Yes, all our products are handmade by talented Moroccan artisans using traditional techniques and premium materials.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Handling time is 2–3 days. For made-to-order items, production takes 1–2 weeks. Shipping time varies from 5 to 15 business days based on the method chosen at checkout.
What are your shipping options and rates?
- Standard Shipping (Free on orders $49+): 5–7 days
- FedEx: 8–15 days — $19.90
- FedEx Express: 2–9 days — $24.90
- FedEx Premium: 1–6 days — $34.90
- Aramex: 4–12 days — $19.90
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days. Items must be in original condition. Note: custom items, sale items, and intimate goods cannot be returned.
How do I request a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations. Most of our items are made-to-order. Contact us if you have an urgent issue.
Is it possible to request a custom product?
